1. Upload photo
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to a form. Here you will find instructions and can upload two photos.
2. Design
After receiving the photos, we will immediately start designing the One Mission portrait. As soon as the artwork is ready, we will send you a proposal.
3. Review Round
We aim for love at first sight, but did we miss something? No worries. During the review round, you can provide feedback via the form, or approve the design directly.
4. Delivery
After you have approved your unique design, it will be carefully printed, provided with a certificate, and packaged. Within two weeks, you'll have your portrait on the wall at home!

1.1 What exactly is a Lovemap?
A Lovemap is a personalized work of art that tells your unique story: from special places to shared memories. We translate your experiences into colors and abstract lines that perfectly fit into your interior.
1.2 For which occasions do you create artworks?
Our prints are ideal as a gift for the love of your life, a radiant bridal couple, a special anniversary, a newborn miracle, a new home full of first memories… or simply out of love for yourself!
1.3 Can you incorporate multiple locations or moments into one artwork?
Yes, we can. We effortlessly combine multiple places, people, or stories into one harmonious design. You choose these yourself when creating your Lovemap. If you can't figure it out with the standard options, please contact us and we'll see what's possible together.
1.4 How large can my Lovemap be?
We have standard sizes, but we can also work with custom sizes – even large-format prints for an entire wall. Do you have special requests? Please contact us and we'll see what's possible together.
1.5 I want even more customization options! Is that possible?
Absolutely! Everything is negotiable. Feel free to contact us and we'll brainstorm with you.
1.6 Can I gift a Lovemap and have it sent directly to someone else?
Gladly! Please provide the recipient's delivery address during the order process. Would you like to include a personal message? Let us know, and we'll add it with a nice card.
1.7 Can I also receive a Lovemap digitally (e.g., for a wedding invitation or poster)?
Yes, that is possible upon request. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
2. Design & Personalization
2.1 Can I choose the colors myself?
We'd love for you to! First, you choose a base design you like, and then you make it completely your own. During the ordering process, you can:
- select an existing color combination, or
- send us a photo of your interior so we can perfectly match the shades.
This way, your Lovemap won't just be a piece of art, but a personal match with your interior.
2.2 How does matching colors with my interior work?
Our designers love interiors and details. If you send us a photo of your space, we'll translate those shades into a personal design that perfectly matches your style.
Don't worry: you're not committed to anything. If you'd prefer a different color combination afterward, just let us know in the feedback form, and we'll adjust it for you.
2.3 What if I'm not satisfied with the design?
We want your Lovemap to be exactly as you envision it. That's why we'll first email you a design with a feedback form.
- Completely in love? Then you approve the design, and it goes straight to production.
- Still want to adjust something? Write your wishes in the form, and you'll receive a new proposal within 3 business days. We won't print until you are 100% satisfied.
3. Materials & Finishes
3.1 What materials do you use for the prints?
We work with high-quality museum-grade paper. This ensures the colors remain vibrant for a long time and gives your Lovemap a luxurious look.
3.2 What about framing?
A unique work of art naturally deserves a frame that enhances its beauty. You can choose from three stylish frames: ...Prefer to get creative yourself? Then you can also receive your Lovemap as a loose print and choose a frame that perfectly matches your interior.
3.3 How is my Lovemap packaged and protected during shipping?
We carefully package each print in sturdy protective material, so that your artwork arrives safely and undamaged. Every package is insured, so if something goes wrong during shipping, you will simply receive a new one.
4. Ordering & delivery
4.1 How does the order to delivery process work?
We go through three steps together:
Step 1: Choose & share your wishes – You choose a design and specify your preferences regarding size, colors, and the special places, people, or moments you want to incorporate into your artwork.
Step 2: Receive a design proposal – Within 3 working days, we will send you an initial design with a convenient feedback form.
- Love at first sight? Click "yes!" and we'll get started.
- Still need some fine-tuning? No problem! Fill in your feedback and you will receive a new design within 3 working days.
Step 3: Production & delivery – Once you are completely happy, your artwork goes into production. Within a week, the parcel delivery service will be at your door with your carefully packaged Lovemap.
4.2 How long does it take for my Lovemap to be ready?
On average, it takes 1-2 weeks from design to delivery. This also depends on how quickly you approve the design.
Tip: order a little earlier for special occasions. Do you have a tight deadline? Let us know, and we will take it into account.
4.3 Can you also ship internationally?
Yes! Love doesn't stop at borders, and neither do we. View the rates for international orders here.
4.5 Can I place an urgent order?
Yes, in most cases that is possible. Please contact us and we will look at the possibilities together.
4.6 Can I change my order later?
You can do so as long as your design has not yet gone into production. In that case, please contact us immediately.
5. Service & Warranty
5.1 What if my Lovemap is not exactly what I expected after printing?
Because each Lovemap is specially designed and printed for you, unfortunately we cannot exchange or return it. But don't worry: to prevent surprises, you will always first receive a digital design for approval. You can provide all your feedback on the form, so that the end result truly fits your wishes.
5.2 What if my Lovemap arrives damaged?
Oh, that's not supposed to happen, of course! Please contact us immediately (with photos of the damage), and we will arrange a suitable solution as soon as possible.
5.3 Do I receive an invoice or certificate of authenticity?
You will always receive an invoice and a certificate of authenticity with your order. This way, you can prove that it is an original Lovemap.
