1.3 Can you combine multiple locations or moments in one artwork?

We'd love that! You start by choosing a base design you love, and then you make it entirely your own. During the ordering process, you can:

2.2 How does matching colors with my interior work?
Our designers love interior design and the details that come with it. If you send us a photo of your space, we'll translate those tones into a personal design that fits your style perfectly. Don't worry, you're not locked into anything. If you'd prefer a different color combination afterward, just let us know through the feedback form and we'll adjust it for you.
2.3 What if I'm not happy with the design?
We want your Lovemap to turn out exactly as you envision it. That's why we first email you a design along with a feedback form.
3.1 What materials do you use for the prints?
We work with premium, museum quality paper. This keeps the colors looking beautiful for years and gives your Lovemap a luxurious feel.
3.2 What about framing?
A unique artwork deserves a frame that makes it look even better. With us, you can choose from 4 stylish frames. Prefer to get creative yourself? You can also receive your Lovemap as a loose print and choose a frame that perfectly fits your home.
3.3 How is my Lovemap packaged and protected during shipping?
We carefully package every print in sturdy protective material, so your artwork arrives safe and undamaged. Every package is insured, so if anything does go wrong during shipping, you'll simply receive a new one.
4.1 How does the process work, from order to delivery?
We go through three steps together.
Step 1: Choose and share your wishes. You choose a design and let us know your preferences for size, colors, and the special places, people, or moments you'd like included in your artwork.
Step 2: Receive your design proposal. Within 3 business days, we send you a first design along with an easy feedback form.
Step 3: Production and delivery. Once you're completely happy, your artwork goes into production. Within a week, the delivery person will be at your door with your carefully packaged Lovemap.
4.2 How long does it take before my Lovemap is ready?
On average, it takes 2 to 3 weeks from design to delivery. This also depends on how quickly you approve the design. Tip: order a little earlier for special occasions. Have a tight deadline? Let us know, and we'll take that into account.
4.3 Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! Love doesn't stop at the border, and neither do we. We offer free shipping in the EU. Outside of the EU, shipping costs are €19,95.
4.5 Can I place a rush order?
Yes, that's possible in most cases. Just get in touch with us and we'll look at the options together.
4.6 Can I still change my order afterward?
Yes, as long as your design hasn't gone into production yet. In that case, just get in touch with us right away.
5.1 What if my Lovemap isn't quite what I expected once it's printed?
Since every Lovemap is designed and printed especially for you, we unfortunately can't offer exchanges or returns. But don't worry: to prevent surprises, you always receive a digital design for approval first. You can share all your feedback on the form, so the final result truly matches what you had in mind.
5.2 What if my Lovemap arrives damaged?
That definitely shouldn't happen! Get in touch with us right away (with photos of the damage), and we'll make sure to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
6.1 Where can I find the prices of your artworks?
Our prices start from €249 including floating frame and shipping. You can find the prices per size and Lovemap by clicking "View options" on the collection pages.
6.2 Do I get a discount if I order multiple pieces?
Yes! The more pieces you order, the more you save. Order 2 pieces and get 10% off, order 3 and get 20% off, and order 4 or more for 30% off. Want to take advantage of this? Just get in touch with us for a discount code to use at checkout.
6.3 Do I have to pay extra costs if I live outside the EU?
Possibly, yes. Within the EU, nothing changes, you simply pay the price shown at checkout. If you're shipping your Lovemap to, for example, the UK, Canada, the US, or Australia, local customs may charge import duties and/or VAT.
